Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We don't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or any address outside the UK.
Delivery options and prices
- Standard delivery: £4.99, or free on orders of £50 or more
- Express delivery: £6.99
The options available to you are shown at checkout once you've entered your delivery address.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Standard delivery usually arrives within 2 to 5 working days of dispatch, and Express within 1 to 2 working days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.
We process orders on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We'll email you a confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships, with tracking where available.
Orders sent in more than one parcel
Some orders are packed and sent separately, so items from one order may arrive on different days. You won't pay anything extra for this.
Check your address
Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. We can't be responsible for orders that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Delays, damage and missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date, or it arrives damaged, please get in touch through our Contact page, or email us directly at info@thistleandhearth.co.uk, and we'll sort it out. Our Returns and Refunds policy explains what happens next.
