A boxed 10ml essential oil blend of Roman chamomile, clary sage and bergamot. The scent is soft, herbal and sweet, with a bright citrus top.
Add a few drops to a diffuser or the water dish of an oil burner, or to a warm bath. If you want it on skin, dilute it in a carrier oil first.
